I hope those that celebrate Thanksgiving in the United States had a great holiday! I spent part of the day cooking, the easiest part was the turkey breast which I marinade and then put in the slow cooker. I had never made challah bread or cheesecake, but made both, the raspberry cheesecake was a little overcooked but still tasted good. I made cheesy mashed potatoes, as well as herbed veggies that had sweet corn, sweet red bell peppers, french cut green beans, and onion. So did you make any new dishes?
